| About us.
Hello, my name is John McKay and I am an independent distributor
for Forever Living Products. I own the website you are looking
at.
When I first considered the Forever Living Products (FLP)
opportunity I was looking for something that I could do in
parallel to my property development and letting business.
I was aware of the multi-level marketing business concept
and I have to admit that I was extremely sceptical, not only
of the business but also of the products. In fact the person
that recruited me jokes with me about just how sceptical I
was.
Nevertheless I decided to give the company a fair chance before
discounting it, though it wasn't particularly fair, because
I had already made up my mind that I wasn't really interested!
It all seemed just too good to be true and I thought the products
were probably 'hocus pocus'. How could the juice from some
plant be so good for you??? Then I kept thinking that I had
heard it said that the cures for every disease in the world
would most likely be found in the rain forests. And after
all, even in this country, if you get stung by a nettle you
look for a Doc leaf. We still look instinctively to nature
for our cures.
The nutritional value of our food is generally accepted as
declining as does our nation's health (despite the fact that
we are living longer) so maybe there really was something
in aloe vera and perhaps I really should weigh up what evidence
I could find.
I embarked upon a trial period of taking the aloe gel to
see if it would have any effect on the aches and pains I was
getting. These were no doubt partly due to getting older and
partly due to the work I was doing. I wanted to be sure that
I could believe in the products, because before I moved into
property development I had been a salesman for some years.
I had learned some rules in the early days that stood me in
good stead throughout my sales career, namely:
- Firstly - NEVER lie to a customer! If
your product is no good then don't tell
him or her that it is.
- Secondly - if you don't
believe in your company and products then why should your
customer?
- Lastly - it always pays to work for the
best.
I still thought that by the end of the trial period I could
say goodbye to FLP due to the company failing one or more
of the above criteria.
My trial period started a bit haphazardly. At first I didn't
like the taste and therefore conveniently forgot to take it
sometimes. However, I eventually got into a daily routine
of taking the gel. Some months on I was absolutely convinced
of the benefits I had experienced and were we talking face
to face, I would probably share the details with you. They
are numerous. However I cannot say what benefits (if any)
you would experience and therefore will not
attempt to persuade you that aloe will change your life! What
I can say is that all of my sales criteria were met and I
am now proud to be an independent distributor for FLP.
I hope you will try the products, and if you like them join
us by becoming a distributor yourself! If you wish to do so,
please, CONTACT ME. |
